And now it’s stuck on the screen that says Blu and will not go any further. It does go into the screen to reset when I turn it on holding down the power & volume buttons. But it never resets, it just starts up & stays on that same Blu screen. Doesn’t loop, just stays there. I’ve taken screen shots that might make more since but I can’t add them!
You can’t jailbreak a android phone; if you mean he tried to root it, then what program was it? Jailbreaking is for Apple devices only.
