My smart tv samsung ku7350 is not displaying any image as its not turning on. The red light is static.
Hi, Have you checked/changed the batteries in the smart remote? Have you tried turning on the TV using the TV power button on the back of the TV in case the smart remote is faulty? Here’s an image taken from the user manual found on this webpage, that shows where it is located.
