I have a Panasonic smart tv and we woke up this morning and the normal built in channels don’t have volume anymore. If I launch an app such as Netflix it works fine. I don’t know what to do ?
Lucy Powell we need to know the exact model of your TV. This could be an issue that may require a complete reset which should be part of your menu. It is also possible that this is a firmware issue.
