recently my sister droped her 2dsxl that she got for christmas when it was open and now it only flashes the blue light then turns off i decided to see what happens when i disconnect the speakers but then insted of the pop the bottom screen flashed white.
Sounds like she knocked a ribbon cable out of place. You’ll have to open it up and reseat them
