My TV suddenly lost all the backlights. I have audio, Nothing inside looks burnt. I did a wiggle test on all the connections inside. Are there fuses? What do they look like? I added some pictures, again, nothing looks burned. Which board powers the lights? Update (02/08/2018) I have added pictures. Again, nothing appears to be burnt. The power lights in front come on, and I have sound so I don’t know if it would be the power supply board. Could part go bad and not the rest? Update (02/19/2018)
Charles Woznak yes there are fuses. Your TV is a bit off-brand so you may have to post some good pictures with your question. That will allow us to see what you see. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that. for now it does sound like either a power-board or main board issue. Again, we need to see more to help you with making a proper determination. Power supply is a KB-5150 From Westinghouse DW37H1G1
