Chosen Solution
My monitor just goes black and it says its still on the problem ISNT the monitor itself because Ive hooked up another monitor and it did the same thing I have no idea why I have a Radeon RX 480 if anyones wondering it has never done this in the 2 years ive owned this
@rubywolf either your video card is starting to fail on that output or you are having issues with your OS. Double check your drivers and see if your OS actually sees your monitor (device manager etc.,)
