when I tried to change the battery I unscrewed one screw but could not with the other one
The screws do not need to be removed, just loosened enough to disconnect from the main housing. Is your problem that screw screw won’t turn? Have you stripped it? Are you using the correct Phillips head driver to try to turn it?
