which motherboard did you replaced? there is one specific dedicated for led screen (small motherboard ) generally near the edge of screen on the bottom side, You must check if it has write amount of input voltage and does the Illumination panel behind the led tv is getting proper input voltages. hope checking that will fix your problem. if not than the led panel is culprit
