My LG TV went black I can hear it but can’t see it but if I put my phone up to it with the flash lights I can see the picture but it’s to dark I tried tried to turn off everything an went inside the menu an put everything bright still nothing. What do I do know
Hi @derrickk This is the most common symptom of backlight LED failure. Replacing all backlight strips should fix this problem.
