Chosen Solution
I picked up my tablet and the screen is blue vertical lines on one half, and white with black lines and black bubbles outlined in yellow. It looks cracked on the inside but it doest feel cracked. Is it totally broken?
Sarah Armstrong, picture always help. Use this guide to add images to your question. From your description of what you see, it does sound like a bad LCD. Those are not fixable , but need to be replaced.
