Jordyn Locklar this sounds like a bad display. While it maybe possible to replace the LCD, the problem is going to be finding the right display. Your player is not a very common one and therefore it may be difficult to find a replacement. I’d look at places like ebay.com and others to see if I’d find a broken one with a good screen. Use that to harvest the replacement display
