Hi, I replaced the screen on an iPhone 8 and it is extremely dim, however it still works if I shine a torch on it, I can tell by the vibration and if I turn the brightness up nothing happens? I tried different screens and it has the same problem? Any solutions
That’s definitely the backlight circuitry that is the problem, and you need this to be repaired by a reputable microsolderer.
