My phone screen is black but if is still working except from this. I have tried all the recommended options on pressing volume and power buttons but nothing is working. I can even answer a call if a touch the screen at the correct bit when it is ringing.
Andrew Taylor sounds like a display issue. Replace the display assembly (digitizer may still be working but display may have failed) and re-evaluate. This video should help you with your phone repair. Or you can check your circuit board
