I was listening to music and my screen went black and now it won’t light up but its on when I plug it in you can hear it. But when you switch the button to make it go on vibrate it doesn’t vibrate. What do I do?!?
Start by plugging the phone onto your computer and check if it’s detected correctly through itunes. If you can see the device there, simply perform a restore and see where it takes you. In the case that it isn’t detected in iTunes, try holding both the power and home button for a good amount of time. If both solutions doesn’t work, it might be an hardware problem. Keep us updated!
