Chosen Solution
My tablet is black. I press reset, logo appears for two seconds then shows either battery empty with red triangle exclamation mark . When pressed again and placed on system it displays a green battery as if charging for five seconds then back to black. Its been on it’s charge for 3 days and still this is what’s happening. Pls assist
you need a usb keyboard with volume controls , the screen you are seeing is the reset screen but without the volume keys you cant pick any options. you can use a OTG adapter for the usb keyboard if you dont have a mini usb keyboard. my keyboard has a volume wheel and when i turned it i could see the menu and pick options. hope this helps
