My iPad mini has a glitch I was watching a video and then suddenly the touchscreen didn’t work so I turned it off and when I turned it back on and all I could see was my wallpaper but it was blurry please help me
Before this happened did you in the past do a backup of your Ipad on a computer using Apples Itunes. Or did you do a backup using Apples online backup. Either way you will need to use a computer and run Apple Itunes and plug in your Ipad and do a backup restore or a Ipad Full Restore. There are online Youtube videos that show how it is done.
