My screen has green lines going across
Have you ever dropped, spilled water on, or hit your device? This question does not have much to it, so I don’t know whether or not this is a device that usually has this problem or you just plain broke it. But you must have broken it, because when devices are smashed or broken in some way, then some sort of lines always come up.
