Does this just need a screen replacement? The touch is also unresponsive.
Yes, a screen replacement will definitely fix the cracked LCD (lines and black stuff) and most likely also fix touch unless the touch IC was also somehow damaged during the impact, but it looks like the screen was just somehow impacted while the phone was steady, and not a drop because of how the LCD is damaged and not just the glass.
