My Screen Has A Vertical Section That Is Flickering And Discolored Macbook Pro 13 Retina Display Early 2015

I dropped my Macbook on the wooden floor (closed, facing upside-down) and now there’s an entire vertical block in the middle of my screen that’s discolored, flickering, distorted, and the color distortion changes as the underlying image changes (see video link below). What do you think the problem is, and how should I fix it? Thank you so much!
