gilbertr4 if you think you have any kind of warranty left, than take it to where you bought it. They should have some paperwork on your device as well. If not, use these guides to open your tablet and check that all cables are properly seated and secured.
screen goes off and will not stay on till I hit restart button side,picture faides off and have to start over with passwork
