i got a little white Samsung tablet and the model number is SM-T2I0R (I think its REALLY small and hard to read) and it wont charge or turn on what can i do to try to get it working again?
Hello Danielle Love, A) Check the Charge whether is working properly, B) Check the correct charger you use to charge the TAB 3 (should be rated as 5V 2000mA or 2A) C) if above A and C met, connect to the charge and leave 20 mins, TAB should be turn on unless it’s internal components working in order. let us know the status, we can help you!
