The screen cracked inside it when shipping, where can i get the one to replace
adam.rmarley a replacement screen,if even available, will most likely cost you more than a new TV. If you do want to see if you can find one, do not search by TV model but search by LCD panel number. For that you will have to disassemble your TV and take a look at the panel manufacturer sticker. There will be a model number. With that number, start a google search and see what you get. Of course, you can always try to find a TV of same make and model that is broken other than the panel and then harvest the screen from that TV.
I ordered a TV from Walmart. The screen was cracked. I called them, sent that one back, got another. They paid the return shipping. The next one I got The screen was cracked. They paid the return shipping. I called them, sent that one back, got a better one, I guess they ran out of ones with cracked screens or figured out that I would not accept cracked screens.
