So i tried everything even the factory reset and its not even charging i dont know wether the battery or the phone is broken here please help
Have you tried to reboot on recovery mode? Turn phone off hold down volume up, home button, and power button Simultaneously. Once there, select reboot now. If you are in the mode, go ahead and wipe your web cache
