Ok so a few weeks ago my phone was working perfectly fine until one day it died and never powered back on, I tried doing the power and volume button thing but that didn’t work, unfortunately. I tried to see if it was the port that was the problem but the person I sent it to said that they put a new port in and nothing happened…Please, someone, help with this issue because I don’t want to lose this phone since it has all my art, videos, and other documents and information that are very important to me that I need if someone could answer I would really appreciate it
@yamiyugi of course you did try it yourself and had them replace the battery as well. Right? Anyhow, you are now looking at some board level troubleshooting. So, for that you will need a good multimeter and a basic understanding of how to use it. Follow the flowchart to determine what may be going on with your Note 4:
