What should I do. Is it the battery or the plug. I have unplugged all plug and it still will not turn on
Check for voltage at the end of the power cord first. If you have the voltage that is printed on the transformer, then check for voltage inside the router. Beyond that someone with real experience needs to troubleshoot it. This router has a battery? You did try pressing the power button, right?
