Chosen Solution
When I receive a call, my phone only vibrates and not make any sound. I’ve tried taking it off of vibrate, but then it doesn’t do anything when I receive a call. Need help as this is my first apple product and coming from 15yrs of android use!
Could be that do not disturb is turned on. Use this guide on how to toggle that option / feature: https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204321
