My Quest 2 Was Dropped And I Think The Camera Has Broken Oculus Quest 2

A family member dropped my quest 2 and I have a feeling one of the lenses broke. I’ve factory reset it and I’m unable to use controllers and most of the time there’s a total black screen. If I get a question I’m unable to use sensors from my controller or headset to continue.

Try inspecting the front cameras for any sign of damage. If they are, it may be necessary to replace the cameras.
