My ps5 won’t let me play PS5 games and I get an error (CE-108255-1). it lets me play PS4 games but not ps5 games. i have done every possible thing in the book to fix it and will not stop giving me the error.

this is what i found searching up your error code on the play station website: “if this error occurs after launching a game, delete the game in which the errors occurs in from settings>storage and reinstall the game.” have you tried uninstalling the PS5 games that are having this issue? “Start your PS5 in safe mode and perform “5. rebuild database .”. if these fail, backup your ps5 on a usb drive or something like that with enough space to do so, and reset your ps5.
