They work when im not in a game but not when im in a game ?? I just recently got my ps5 so I don’t know how to fix it, I’ve turned it off and on and that didn’t fix it.
If it’s a PS4 game, try using a DualShock4 (DS4). Otherwise, try using a diffrent controler, same game with diffrent PS5, original PS5 withdiffrent game, etc.
