Chosen Solution
Couple days ago I got tape stuck in my Ps4,. I removed the tape and now when I try to insert any disc it doesn’t read it and when I manually put it in and try to eject it. The ps4 does the no disc sound. Is this a Sensor Issue ?
Open it up and check your disk drive
