My ps4 wasn’t accepting discs all of a sudden,It was accepting yesterday night,today morning I woke up I tried to insert,I couldn’t insert,I have to fight the PS4 to push the cd, I accidentally pushed it thinking my ps4 would work,but I couldn’t play the cd and the cd isn’t coming out,how do I fix it what Do I do?
Looks like the disc drive has failed and firstly you need to check if the Disc drive is powering on when you turn on the console. If it is, open the console and check the rollers that accept the disc and eject it, most of the times cleaning it will solve your problem.. If the disc drive isn’t receiving power then you’ll probably need to replace the drive itself. Cheers :D
