My ps4 fell on my concrete floor. Tried to stop it from falling. Does not display signal to my tv. Turns on with blue light but does not go into safe mode. Is it motherboard issue or hard drive ? How to fix it?
Could be anything, you won’t know until you opened and examined it. However it’s most likely to be the board, HDD failure usually still allow the console to boot into safe mode.
