I bought it second hand carousel seller..I tried to on it but failed.. beep 3 times but no light appear..is it because of the power cord?
3 Beeps is when you press on the eject button. Does it beep at all when pressing the power button? If the PS4 has a bad power button you can try to insert a drive and it should force the PS4 to switch on. Power cord is OK as the console is beeping meaning the power supply is getting power.
