I’ve tried multiple PSs and they all make buzzing noise while I’m playing it stops immediately after exiting the game note:all of the pc parts are new except for one hdd. could it be a virus? I’m suspecting a cracked game to be the reason , couse when i changed the MB the sound disappeared until I lunched the potential reason.
It’s coil whine. I hear this on most of my gaming computers. I use headphones / have the case closed to drown out the noise coming from the GPU / PSU. If the game is very GPU intensive / outputting 300+ frames the coil whine will be pretty noticeable. The severity will vary depending on a combination of what power supply is being used and in some cases the graphics card itself (some GPUs will be quieter and some will be more louder).
hello Khaled , a buzzing noise in a power supply is a faulty component inside the power supply it self. it could have been from over working the power supply or it could have been a weak component from the start. nothing to worry about but i would prepare for an upgrade soon, also get a different brand name then the current one.
