How do u fix a broken port
Gavin, the charging port on th 7".8" and 10.1" tablets are all soldered to the circuit board. To replace those you will have to disassemble your tablet, remove the circuit board. then un-solder the old connector and replace with a new one. Sometimes it is the solder connection that has failed and a quick resolder might fix it. It will all depend on what tablet you have, your tools and your skills.
