My picture is turning hazy once the TV is on for a short time. I looks really cloudy as if the picture is being filtered too much.
raherdt this could be caused by a bad main board as well as a bad panel. Remove the back and check the wiring to make sure that everything is connected properly as well as check for obviously damaged components.
