hi I have a iphone x that is stuck in recovery mode and the computer cant see the phone when plugged in or iTunes as well …. took it to apple but there computer could not detect much on the phone but it did see some of the ios on a tool that they used so I know its not a fake phone and the confirmed this as well they will not repair it unless I pay 709.99 as the back has a small crack on it …. do you think a dock connector could be faulty ? or a more serious repair I can not kick the phone out of recovery mode or nor could apple support over chat no combination of buttons helped the phone would just turn off with a low battery sign then boot to apple logo then to recovery mode with connect to iTunes message and iTunes logo phone was not able to be put in dfu mode either
the chance that this is an easy repair is very very low.
